Refunds
Refunds 4/1 to 11/30 cancell fee $100 no reason needed. 12/1 to 3/31 cancell fee $100.
Must have a death certificate for immediate family member or Dr note can’t travel to receive refund.
No refunds after arrival. No refunds or credit on unused rent
RV’s
Extra days for 1-2 months residents /day for up to 6 days at end of reservation.
Extra days for 3-6 month residents $25/day for up to 6 days at end of reservation.
Extra residents. Rates are based on a party of 2. A charge of $2.00 per day for each extra person. 14 day limit on guests.
Deposit of $200 is required at the time of reservation to hold a site. Balance is due upon arrival.
Electricity
All sites Electric is sub-metered by Chimney Park Resort.
Electric is sub-metered by Chimney Park Resort. Bills are calculated pursuant to PUC subst R.23.51. (1)(G)(1).
Daily and Weekly rates include electricity.
Meters are read around the 15th of each month. Bills are placed in mailboxes 4 to 5 days after read.
Payments
Credit/Debit card $2.95 charge plus 3.5% fee e-check payments $2.95 charge
Chimney Park Resort is not responsible for any theft or utility interruption.
Pets are welcome – MAXIMUM of 2 dogs
Storage
$50/month MUST be paid monthly.
Lot will be designated by management and is subject to change.
Park policy on stays
Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request or renew a rental.
Management reserves the right to utilize vacant lots as needed.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury or loss caused by resident, guest or otherwise.
Chimney Park Resort is not responsible for any theft or utility interruption.
